Over the past few years SAPESCO personnel has been exposed to a lot of experience in the shallow/deep water activities and we have in house more than fifteen qualified and certified field personnel.
- SAPESCO has the first local team qualified to operate/process/charting the Multibeam surveys.
- SAPESCO has the first 8 WROV Egyptian pilots/technicians and they are well trained according to IMCA standard.
- Extensive local knowledge of the Egyptian Geodesy and Egyptian Geophysical/ROV survey operations supplied by the management and the staff of SAPESCO who had managed GUPCO pipeline & platform inspection project, countless rig moves, digital site surveys, analogue site surveys and positioning operations, pipeline & platform inspection in the Mediterranean and Gulf of Suez.

-our areas of success on the Offshore Survey include the following:
• In March2006, Sapesco had been awarded the Rig Move positioning services and ROV drilling support 2 years contract for Burullus/British Gas in Egypt.
• Since 2002 till June2006, Sapesco had been an active partner on the Burullus intervention contract which includes the annual survey for all subsea field including pipelines, wellheads, manifolds, PLEMs, PLETs, SDA, …..Etc. 93 Km offshore West Delta Deep Concession including full details inspections such as CP measurements, free span detection, general visual inspection, …..etc., Also the contract included providing WROV as a drilling support onboard the Atwood “Atwood Hunter” and Saipem‘Scrabeo-6” rigs working for Rashpetco, the total contract value is about 35 million USD.
