Sapesco offer many and various nitrogen services. Essentially these are offered by two divisions, the upstream services division, Sapesco Well Services (SWS) provide coiled tubing delivered nitrogen services and Sapesco Industrial Services (SIS), the downstream solutions provider.
Sapesco SIS has been in the forefront of delivered nitrogen services to the oil, gas and petrochemical sectors for decades in Egypt. Among the standard and bespoke services are the following (This list is not exhaustive): -
- Nitrogen Purging (Ambient Vapourisers and H.P. Pumping Systems) Pressure cycle, Dilution and Displacement Purges.
- Nitrogen (99%) with Helium (1%) Commissioning Leak Test
- Nitrogen Drying (Typically to -40C dew-point but much lower is possible)
- Nitrogen Bulk Storage Solutions (Cryogenic Tanks and High Pressure Cylinders and Quad Racks)
- Nitrogen Foam Inerting (Nitrogen based foams for explosion risk management)
- Nitrogen Injection (Active product streams in an oxygen free environment)
- Nitrogen Enrichment for chemical cleaning services. (Added to passivation fluids to prevent corrosion by eliminating oxygen)
- Nitrogen Batching (Displacement of or replacement of product in pipelines and process systems using nitrogen)
