Recruiting & Placement:
Application Screen
- Each division issues its “Man-Power Planning Report” annually & upon the need.
- Targeted recruiting campaigns are launched accordingly.
- Applications are categorized in employment fields and prioritized according to their matching degree with each Job specifications.
- The “Recruiting File” is reviewed annually; according to the applications updates and any changes in the job specifications.
Recruitment Filter
- It’s the initial screening process, done by the Human resources specialists, to test the candidate’s basic skills, competences & his behavioral traits against the job specifications.
- A “Selection File” is prepared with the best candidates for the concerned division to choose from.
Selection Filter
- It’s the final selection process in which the concerned division’s specialists will test the candidates’ technical competences; if needed; and choose the best accordingly.
