Valve and tools is an Egyptian joint stock freezone company that was established to fullfill our customers requirements for remanufacturing and repair of apl wellheads and drilling equipment.The company's purpose built engineering work shop is located in cairo and is licensed by all the major OEM's for performing repairs on thieer equipment.since the start up of the company activities have been expanded to three separate divisions.

• Drilling workover Services:from its base in syria the company owns and opertaes three workover rigs for Al furat, the shell joint venture in syria.
• Engineering Workshop:from the facility in cairo the company provides complete rebuild services for APL equipments for clients in the region.
• Downhole Equipment:The company provides drilling support tools and completion equipment.
